इस शिक्षा मिनी वार्ड केंन्द्र में इसका मुख्य उद्देश्य है कि बच्चों को सही शिक्षा प्रदान करना है ताकि बच्चे पढ़ लिखकर अपने उज्जवल भविष्य बना सकें और देश के उन्नति में सहयोग कर सकें। यह योजना बिहार राज्यों के प्रत्येक जिलों के प्रत्येक वार्ड में शिक्षा मिनी वार्ड केंद्र 'खोला जा रहा है। जिसके अंतरगत प्रत्येक वार्ड में गरीब रेखा के नीचे वाले बच्चों को अच्छी शिक्षा प्रदान हो सके।
सबका साथ सबका विकाशइस योजना के अंतर्गत बच्चों के लिए शिक्षण के सुविधा के लिए जैसे में बच्चों को कॉपी और कलम भी दिया जाता है ।
